Overseeding with Happy Lawn

Do you already have a lawn and want to add more colour and biodiversity? That’s possible! Just follow this step-by-step plan to overseed your lawn with Happy Lawn:

  1. Mow the grass as short as possible.
  2. Scarify the lawn in two directions (crosswise), down to about 1 cm deep. Remove all loosened thatch, moss and grass.
  3. Evenly sow Happy Lawn over the lawn, following the instructions on the packaging.
  4. Lightly rake in the grass and flower seeds so they make good contact with the soil.
  5. Apply a thin layer of sand or garden soil over the sown area. Aim for a thickness of around 2 mm (2 litres per m²).
  6. Lightly press or roll the surface so the seed makes good contact with the sand.
  7. Water the lawn thoroughly. Keep the soil moist during the first few weeks to encourage successful germination.
